A Summery share from Chantal. :)

Hello!  I hope my post finds you all well!  It's winter here in Australia, and there's lots of yucky colds and 'flu's going around too, so I thought this layout might warm up and brighten up the day a bit... maybe... hopefully... ;)

I only just received that gorgeous lace flower and heart fabric button from Purple Pumpkin's Store.  It was in my Girl Lucky Dip bag.  There were so many goodies in those Lucky Dips!  They are sooo much fun!!!

 My journalling has been done around my painted photo frame, for something different.  I quite like it, actually!

I fussy-cut some leaves for my lace flower and played with some layers using chipboard and pearl flourishes and hand dyed crochet doilies.

I really enjoyed all the painting and inking on this layout.  I really wanted to get a summery "vibe" happening here... and I think it does look summery now, hey! :)

So how are you going with this month's recipe challenge?  It's so much fun - I'm sure you are going to love it!!!
